About the role
UpForJobs is hiring a full-time remote Creative Production Designer to help build a large volume of premium visual work inside a structured, high-quality production workflow.
We are not looking for someone who simply copies other designers’ work or relies on AI prompts to generate ideas — we are looking for a real designer with strong design taste, original visual judgment, and the discipline to work full-time, remotely, every day, producing high-quality design work through multiple review checkpoints.
This is not a generic graphic design role, and it is not a passive “make a few assets” role.
You should be someone who can open a design tool, design confidently, think visually, and produce work that feels premium, polished, commercially strong, and beautiful enough that people would actually want to use, share, post, or print it.
What you’ll do
- Design premium visual assets and reusable creative templates at a high standard
- Produce design work daily inside a structured production workflow
- Create multiple strong variations from a base concept without losing quality
- Turn concepts, campaigns, and creative direction into polished visual outputs
- Help raise the visual quality bar across a growing design system
- Work through multiple review checkpoints during the day and respond well to feedback
- Balance creativity with consistency, speed, and production discipline
- Contribute to a growing library of visually strong, commercially useful design assets
- Help create work that feels modern, premium, and emotionally compelling
What we’re looking for
- Strong portfolio showing real design taste and visual maturity
- Excellent command of:
- typography
- layout
- hierarchy
- composition
- visual storytelling
- Ability to create both standout “hero” designs and consistent repeatable variations
- Strong execution speed without sacrificing quality
- Comfort working inside a system and a structured workflow
- High attention to detail
- Strong ownership mentality
- Someone who can take creative direction well and still bring strong design thinking of their own
- Someone who genuinely designs – not someone who only assembles, copies, or prompts
You’ll stand out if you have
- Experience with design systems, templates, or high-volume creative production
- Strong social-first / mobile-first design instincts
- Experience turning one strong concept into multiple strong production-ready variants
- A portfolio that feels premium, not generic
- Ability to maintain excellence under a daily production rhythm
Tools
Strong working ability in tools such as:
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
- or equivalent modern design tools
What success looks like
- You produce visually strong work consistently, not occasionally
- Your work feels tasteful, premium, and commercially useful
- You can create and iterate daily without the quality collapsing
- You help build not just isolated designs, but a stronger overall creative production system
- Your work makes the final product feel more impressive, more polished, and more desirable
This role starts as a full-time remote trial engagement for the first month. Strong performers may be extended into months 2 and 3, with the opportunity to move into a longer-term or permanent position based on design quality, speed, consistency, ownership, and overall fit.
