We are seeking a highly organized and visually minded Creative Production Coordinator to join our team and work closely with our photography roster. This role sits between creative development and production, helping bring projects from early concept through production and final delivery.
Working closely with producers and artists, the Coordinator will assist with presentation materials, image organization, research, and production coordination across active projects.
Responsibilities
• Assist with the creation of photographer presentations, outreach materials, and visual decks
• Maintain organized image libraries, portfolios, and presentation materials
• Support research related to agencies, brands, photographers, crew, vendors, and locations
• Provide coordination support across active projects, including schedules, materials, and production planning
• Assist with production logistics such as travel coordination, crew research, and vendor outreach
• Maintain organized project documentation, files, and internal archives
• Support general production administration as required
Qualifications
• Strong visual sensibility and interest in photography, film, and production
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working with imagery, presentation decks, and visual materials
• Strong research and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Experience with inDesign or similar presentation tools is an asset

This role is structured as a development path toward a Producer position, providing exposure to artist management, creative development, and production coordination across projects.
About the Studio
We are a Toronto-based commercial production company representing a roster of photographers and directors working across commercial advertising, creative, and editorial campaigns. This role is based in our Toronto studio and is an in-office position.
