About the Role
Bortex is looking for a highly capable and hands-on creative professional who combines strong graphic design skills with practical production experience across video, photography, print, and creative operations.
This role goes beyond traditional graphic design. The ideal candidate will be confident managing creative projects from concept to execution, including video/photo editing, organising photoshoots, coordinating with suppliers and printers, and ensuring high-quality delivery across digital and printed materials.
We are looking for someone proactive, organised, technically skilled, and comfortable handling a wide variety of creative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design marketing materials for print and digital use
Create social media graphics, brochures, catalogues, signage, presentations, and campaign assets
Maintain brand consistency across all creative output
Prepare artwork files for print production
Video & Photo Editing
Edit promotional videos, reels, and social media content
Retouch and edit photography for campaigns, products, and branding
Assist with content creation for marketing initiatives
Photoshoots & Creative Coordination
Organise and coordinate internal and external photoshoots
Prepare shot lists, schedules, props, and creative requirements
Liaise with photographers, models, suppliers, and internal teams
Ensure smooth execution of shoots from planning to final delivery
Print Production & Supplier Coordination
Manage relationships with printers and print suppliers
Prepare print-ready artwork and oversee print quality
Coordinate production timelines and deliveries
Troubleshoot print and production issues when required
Website & Digital Content
Update and maintain website content, homepage visuals, banners, and landing pages
Coordinate visual and promotional updates across the company website
Ensure website content remains visually aligned with ongoing campaigns and branding
Creative Operations
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
Support the marketing team with campaign execution
Maintain organised creative asset libraries and files
Contribute ideas and improvements to creative processes
Other tasks as required.
Requirements
Strong experience in graphic design and creative production
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Experience with video editing and photo retouching
Good understanding of print production processes and specifications
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify or similar) is considered an asset / comfortable managing website content and visual updates
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Experience organising commercial or fashion photoshoots
Basic motion graphics or animation skills
Photography or videography knowledge
Experience working with printers and production suppliers
