Creative Producer (HTML5 Advertising)

Drop8 is one of the leading companies for digital advertising in Switzerland and the DACH region. We help brands and agencies run highly effective campaigns across display, video, mobile, DOOH and other digital channels.
We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer who loves building high quality HTML5 advertising creatives and takes pride in delivering polished work that performs flawlessly across platforms and publishers.
This is a hands-on production role focused on creating premium advertising creatives for real campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Build HTML5 display ads for programmatic campaigns
- Translate designs into polished animated advertising creatives
- Create and adapt creatives across multiple formats and sizes
- Produce assets for delivery through CM360 and other ad serving platforms
- Implement click tracking and ad server requirements
- Ensure creatives meet publisher specifications and file size requirements
- Test and QA creatives across browsers and environments
- Work closely with campaign managers and designers to ensure high production quality
What We're Looking ForRequired
- Professional experience producing HTML5 advertising creatives
- Experience delivering creatives through CM360, DV360, Adform, Flashtalking, Celtra or similar platforms
- Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
- Strong GSAP animation skills
- Understanding of click tracking, ad serving and creative QA
- Experience working with publisher specifications and IAB formats
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice To Have
- Experience with rich media formats
- Experience with dynamic creatives
- Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of programmatic advertising workflows
