About the role
As a Creative Producer, you’re the bridge between creative vision and production execution.
You’ll work with some of the best voice-over artists (VOAs), RJs, creators, and dubbing artists in India in-house and outsourced to bring audiobooks and audio shows to life.
This isn’t just production.
This is immersive storytelling at scale.

What you’ll actually do
Run the show (Literally)
- Manage daily operations of ongoing audio series
- Deliver episodes week-on-week
- Handle complex multicast dubbing projects
Plan like a strategist
- Work closely with content and production teams to align pipelines
- Ensure creators deliver on time while meeting quality benchmarks
Set the quality bar
- Own QC for show launches
- Track user feedback, especially around voice and sound issues
- Proactively resolve quality gaps and maintain high production standards
Build & manage creator networks
- Lead internal and external partners
- Maintain strong relationships with VO artists and agents
- Align large creator teams with clear deliverables and expectations
Own the production playbook
- Define standards across dubbing, theatre-style productions, and audio formats
- Improve workflows and systems
- Continuously raise the bar on content quality
You’ll thrive here if you
- Have 3+ years in content production or creator management
- Understand multicast dubbing and theatre-style audio formats
- Have strong creative judgment and know what drives listener engagement
- Can manage multiple workstreams without losing detail
- Are proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Take full ownership and work independently
- Communicate clearly, both written and verbal
- Are a strong collaborator and team player
