THE ROLE
Post-production
Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve. This is the foundation — where campaigns get finished to the standard the agency's clients expect.
Creative delivery
Brief to final file. The successful candidate will manage the full creative process, not just the execution. The thinking is theirs as much as the craft.
On location
As the role develops, the candidate will be on set — directing photographers, shaping the shoot, owning the creative vision on the day. That's the trajectory.
Art direction
An eye for what's right — and the confidence to make it so. The agency isn't looking for someone who executes instructions. They want a point of view.
THE CONTEXT
The successful candidate will work directly with the founder and client partner. Small team, no layers, no filtered feedback.
Clients include Silverstone, Jaguar Land Rover, and luxury automotive brands with serious production budgets and high creative expectations.
There is a clear path from in-studio creative to lead creative as the team grows. This person is foundational to what's being built.

- Naturally proactive and curious. Sees a problem and sorts it.

- Fluent in the Adobe stack and comfortable in DaVinci Resolve. Post-production is second nature.
- Has an eye — for light, for composition, for what makes a frame feel right. May not have directed a shoot yet, but knows they could.
