CREATIVE PRODUCER
Reports to: Writer-Director
Engagement: Full project duration (Pre-production + Production + Post)

ROLE SUMMARY
The Creative Producer is the operational and strategic backbone of the project — the daily decision partner to the writer-director, responsible for executing the production plan across two geographies and managing co-production stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the production schedule, budget, and resource allocation across all phases.
• Manage UK co-production relationship including contracts, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and reporting.
• Coordinate hiring, contracts, and onboarding for the full crew across India and UK.
• Handle relocation logistics (visas, accommodation, travel) for Indian crew members moving to UK.
• Run daily standups, weekly reviews, and milestone tracking.
• Manage vendor relationships (studios, equipment, software licenses, APIs, post facilities).
• Handle VO casting in pre-production phase.
• Crisis management — production blockers, talent issues, technical failures.
• Liaise with theatrical distribution and festival strategy partners (later phases).
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 8+ years in feature film production, ideally with at least one theatrical release.
• Experience producing animation, VFX-heavy, or co-production projects strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
• Comfortable with AI/Gen AI workflows or strong willingness to learn the new operational reality.
• Strong financial discipline and stakeholder management skills.
