Creative Producer Jobs in United States at JUICE HOUSE
Juice House produces culture for brands including Jordan Brand, Chanel, MSCHF, Stone Island, and Warner Records. We're looking for someone to work directly with our founder and CEO and turn creative ideas into real, delivered work. This role comes down to two things.
Taste. You spot talent before anyone else does. You know the world of photographers, directors, graphic designers, and stylists well enough to know exactly who's right for a brand, a moment, a budget. You can build a creative world out of nothing — a Pinterest board, a vibe, a half-formed idea — and carry it all the way to a finished production, from stills and video to events and talent activations.
Trust. A budget, a timeline, a vendor relationship — to you, those are commitments, not suggestions. When a shoot day goes sideways (and it will), you fix it without anyone having to ask. You own a production start to finish, no hand-holding required.
We're open to any stage of career — what matters is taste and trust. Everything else can be built from there. For the right person, this comes with a genuine path to equity and partnership in the company.
What you bring:
- Pre-production planning, on-set coordination, and post-production workflow familiarity
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships on real productions
- Comfort briefing and directing talent, photographers, and creative teams
- Ability to manage multiple productions at once and adapt when priorities shift
- Familiarity with production and collaboration tools (project management software, digital asset management systems) is a plus
Remote, with occasional travel for shoots. Reports directly to the CEO. All levels considered.
