Compensation: $63.90 – $67.66/hr

About The Role
We are partnering with a leading, nationally recognized retail organization to hire a Creative Producer who will drive high-impact, multi-channel creative production initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and strategic production professional with experience executing advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms. You will play a critical role in bringing brand stories to life—from concept through final delivery—while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external creative partners.
Job Description
The Creative Producer will lead end-to-end production for integrated marketing campaigns across channels including digital, social, photography, motion graphics, and audio. This individual will be responsible for managing creative resources, overseeing production logistics, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated, multi-channel creative production from concept development through post-production and final delivery
- Manage production across formats including digital video, social media, photography, motion graphics, and audio
- Source, negotiate, and manage internal and external creative resources such as photographers, directors, stylists, crew, editors, motion graphics artists, illustrators, and audio partners
- Oversee production logistics with a strong, customer-focused mindset while ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Apply critical thinking to solve challenges and maintain progress across complex, multi-phase projects
- Support the development and enhancement of internal production capabilities and processes
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in creative or advertising production
- Proven expertise in multi-channel creative production, including photography, live-action video, animation, motion graphics, post-production, and audio
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple stages with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel as needed, including occasional weekends
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on brand-side and/or within an advertising agency environment
- Background in producing advertising campaigns (non-broadcast focused) across diverse media channels
- Demonstrated ability to build and evolve production workflows or capabilities
