A global food delivery company is hiring a Creative Operations Manager to support their dynamic team. This person will help streamline and scale creative workflows across global markets. This person must have experience supporting paid social campaigns and video production studio workflows.
Details:
- Hybrid, 3 days per week in Brooklyn
- ASAP through end of year, with chance to extend
Creative Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously improve flexible, scalable workflows that adapt to changing business needs.
- Oversee project milestones, deadlines, and decision-making processes to ensure timely project completion.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement automation tools and AI solutions to improve operational productivity.
- Maintain performance tracking and reporting on project progress, velocity, and potential risks.
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow synchronization across the creative and wider operations teams.
Creative Operations Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of project management or creative operations experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience designing and evolving operational workflows and resource frameworks.
- Familiarity working with project management tools such as Jira or Airtable.
- Experience managing, onboarding, and training freelance or contract creative talent.
