Overview

Creative Operations Manager Jobs in United States at Punt

About Us

We operate at the intersection of entertainment, competition, and culture — building products that span social casino gaming, prediction markets, and digital card collectibles. Our portfolio is fast-moving by design: audiences are passionate, release cycles are aggressive, and the creative demands across our brands are both high-volume and high-stakes. We're looking for an operator who thrives in exactly that kind of environment.

The Role

The Creative Operations Manager is the connective tissue between creative vision and flawless execution across our entire product portfolio. This is not a design role — it's an operational leadership role for someone who deeply understands how creative work gets made, where it breaks down, and how to build the systems that keep it moving at scale.

You'll own the infrastructure that powers creative output across paid media, organic social, CRM, video and streaming, and creator content programs — building workflows, intake processes, resource frameworks, and operating rhythms that allow our creative teams and agency partners to produce great work without unnecessary friction. You'll be embedded across multiple product lines, which means your systems need to flex across different audiences, brand voices, and regulatory environments.

This role will report to the Vice President, Marketing. The Creative Operations Manager role is an individual contributor role to start, with real potential to grow as the program and business need scales.

What You'll Own

Creative Operations Infrastructure: Build and maintain the end-to-end operating model for creative production across all programs and products. This includes intake and briefing processes, project tracking, asset management, approval workflows, and delivery pipelines — all designed to support speed without sacrificing quality or compliance.

Cross-Program Production Oversight: Serve as the operational hub for creative output across:

  • Paid Media — social (Meta, TikTok, X, Snap), display, OOH, direct mail, online video, and CTV
  • Organic Social Content — always-on content calendars and reactive/tentpole programming across platforms
  • CRM — email, push, and lifecycle campaign creative, coordinated with marketing automation schedules
  • Video Streaming & Integrations — branded content, product integrations, and streaming-native creative executions
  • Creator Content — briefing, asset delivery, and content review workflows for influencer and creator partnerships
  • Product – support Product Design requests to build cohesive and integrated experiences

Resourcing & Capacity Planning: Maintain real-time visibility into creative capacity — internal and external — and proactively flag conflicts, bottlenecks, or resource gaps before they become delivery problems. Help establish staffing models and agency/freelancer rosters as volume grows.

Process Design & Continuous Improvement: Document everything. Identify what's working and what isn't, run structured retrospectives, and implement perpetual improvements. You'll be the person who turns recurring fires into solved problems.

Tooling & Systems: Own the selection, configuration, and adoption of project management and creative ops tooling and integrations of AI tools/systems across Media Management, Design and Operations (e.g., Asana, Monday, Airtable, Workfront, Bynder, Frame.io, or equivalent). Establish naming conventions, folder structures, and asset library standards that scale across brands. Future proof the creative operations system enabled by AI/Machine Learning and automation across teams.

Stakeholder & Agency Coordination: Act as the operational point of contact for internal brand and channel teams, external creative agencies, and production vendors. Manage timelines, deliverable specs, and revision cycles across concurrent workstreams without losing the thread.

Brand & Compliance Guardrails: Partner with legal, compliance, and brand teams to ensure that creative review processes account for the unique regulatory requirements across social casino, prediction markets, and collectibles — without turning approvals into a black hole.

Data Governance and Creative Performance Management: Implement Naming Conventions, Taxonomies and syntax that support structured and intentional designs/concepts across campaigns, workflows, and data driven systems across that enable strategy, insight and optimizations

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 6–9 years in creative operations, production management, or marketing operations — ideally within a multi-brand or multi-product environment
  • Demonstrated track record of building creative ops processes and operating models from scratch or significantly rebuilding inherited ones
  • Hands-on experience managing creative production across paid media channels, including social, video, and display — OOH and direct mail a plus
  • Familiarity with creator/influencer content workflows and the specific operational quirks that come with them
  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, fintech, or consumer tech is a strong plus; direct experience in regulated industries (gaming, financial products) is genuinely valued

Skills

  • Exceptional project management instincts — you track details obsessively and communicate proactively, not reactively
  • Strong written communication; able to write a clear brief, a crisp process doc, or a calm escalation email with equal ease
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where little exists
  • Technically fluent in creative ops tooling and not precious about which tools you use — you'll advocate for the right system for the team, not your personal favorite
  • Ability to hold context across multiple brands with different voices, audiences, and compliance environments simultaneously

Mindset

  • You see process as a creative enabler, not a bureaucratic constraint
  • You're a builder — you'd rather fix the root cause than manage the symptom
  • You default to transparency, flag problems early, and come with solutions
  • You're comfortable being the only person in the room who cares deeply about the Gantt chart — and you're fine with that

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • A documented, adopted creative intake and briefing process across all active programs within the first 90 days
  • Measurable reduction in last-minute deliverable escalations and revision cycle length by the end of Q2
  • Full creative capacity model in place, with resourcing visibility at least four weeks out across all active workstreams
  • Cross-functional stakeholders (brand, channel, legal, agency) consistently describing creative operations as a reliable, trusted partner — not a bottleneck
  • Improvement in the quality assurance measures across Creative/Design, Product and Marketing Programs which will improve the quality of creative output and performance outcomes

We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the players and communities we serve.
