We're looking for someone who's eager to get their hands dirty, from content planning and creative production to day-to-day marketing operations. This isn't your typical coffee-fetching internship. You'll work side by side with one of our top marketing and consulting experts, with direct access to learn from our CEO, sitting right at the heart of GetFound's internal marketing engine and collaborating with leaders across every division.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn how to build and manage a content plan from scratch.
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Help repurpose content into multiple formats (short videos, captions, simple visuals)
- Coordinate with our creative and editorial teams to keep content production on track and on time
- Organize and manage creative assets, files, and production documentation
- Monitor comments and DMs, and flag important messages to the team
- Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, etc.) and compile reports
- Support event preparation and on-ground execution
- Assist with marketing materials such as decks and company profiles
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and content ideas
- Handle ad-hoc tasks to keep the marketing team running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate (Marketing, Communication, or related fields)
- Strong interest in marketing, content, or startup environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, responsive, and not afraid to follow up with people
- Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic content workflows
- Must be able to work from our office in Setiabudi, Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan (Fully-WFO) and commit for 3-4 months internship contract.
Bonus Points If You:
- Can use Canva or basic design tools
- Have basic video editing skills (CapCut, etc.)
- Have experience in managing social media
