Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Creative Operations Coordinator to join our team full-time.
This role is responsible for coordinating creative projects, managing workflow between team members, following up on deadlines, communicating with clients, and helping keep daily agency operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate creative projects and client requests
• Delegate tasks to designers, editors, and team members
• Follow up on deadlines and project progress
• Communicate with clients regarding updates and deliverables
• Help organize content schedules and workflow
• Support daily agency operations and team coordination
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time
Qualifications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Experience in project coordination, marketing, or creative environments is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Planner, Trello, Asana, or similar tools is a plus
