Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate and review motion graphics, visual effects, and composition assets using advanced Adobe After Effects techniques.
- Critique motion design projects for creative quality, technical accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
- Provide detailed feedback and insight on design workflows, automation opportunities, and creative quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to contribute expertise and help refine creative pipelines.
- Document technical findings and evaluation processes in clear, concise written formats.
- Analyze creative project performance and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
Requirements
- Have proven mastery of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, visual effects, and compositing.
- Possess a strong creative eye with experience critiquing motion design and animation projects.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and an analytical approach to creative quality review.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear documentation.
- Be able to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
