Job Description:

  • Develop and execute creative materials for both digital and offline marketing channels, including social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, website visuals, and event materials.
  • Produce photo and video content, including editing and post-production, to support campaigns and branding initiatives.
  • Translate marketing strategies and product positioning into engaging visual storytelling and compelling creative assets.
  • Support performance marketing initiatives by preparing and optimizing ad creatives across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials in line with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Unit Head and Event Marketing team to support campaign execution and event visual requirements.
  • Contribute creative ideas and improvement proposals to enhance engagement, reach, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Update and maintain visual assets for websites and digital platforms in coordination with related teams.
  • Implement feedback and revisions efficiently to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Create engaging (including animation/motion) educational and instructional content for software products (Client POS, LMS, EDC Business), such as tutorial videos and operational guides, to improve user understanding, product utilization, and reduce operational friction.
  • Conceptualize and design aesthetic, brand-consistent merchandise and campaign packaging to enhance brand perception and create memorable touchpoints for customers and partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (preferably in Visual Communication Design, Film, or Communications).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Creative Marketing or as a Content Creator.
  • Strong creativity in identifying target audiences and designing marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Up-to-date with emerging trends in technology, consumer behavior, online/offline marketing, and performance measurement.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent.
  • Skilled in video production and editing, especially for short-form content.
  • Experience in motion graphics or animation for tutorial videos.
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and branding principles.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging visual assets.
  • Ability to create clear and easy-to-understand instructional or educational content.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for website and digital interface visuals.
  • Having a strong network or good relationships with relevant Influencers/KOLs is a plus.
