About the Role:

You’ll be the founder’s right-hand partner, turning big ideas into a high-energy brand that people can’t stop watching. You aren’t just managing accounts; you are a visual architect building the systems that make a brand grow. While you’ll help produce viral founder content, your main focus is product-driven growth, designing everything from packaging and Amazon listings to high-converting Meta ads.

This is a high-speed role for a creator who loves to design, experiment with AI tools, and build the workflows that turn a vision into a global name. Over time, you’ll move from “doing” to “directing” as you build out our full creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Creative

  • Shopify/Amazon listing images, Amazon A+ content, and videos.
  • Creative support for new product launches

Marketing / Performance Creative

  • Visual assets that improve conversion and product positioning

Creator / Influencer Assets

  • Preparing product visuals and creative briefs for influencers
  • Supporting creator collaborations with ready-to-use assets
  • Repurposing creator content for ads and campaigns

Founder Content

  • Direct and edit high-energy short-form content (Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts) that stops the scroll and captures the founder’s voice.
  • Turn high-level concepts into “hooks” and story arcs that make complex operational ideas feel human and exciting.
  • Create polished graphics and visual assets that refine the look and feel of the Owner’s personal brand.
  • Build repeatable workflows for video production and social media pipelines so creativity can scale without chaos.
  • Organize a structured library of video assets and templates to ensure a consistent aesthetic across all channels.
  • Use AI and automation tools to speed up the “boring stuff,” leaving more time for high-level creative experimentation.
  • Design the visual and messaging frameworks for affiliate programs and creator collaborations.
  • Help turn internal productivity systems into beautiful, consumer-ready products with compelling backstories.
  • Develop the “visual hooks” and brand voice for new product launches, ensuring they resonate with our audience.
  • Coordinate with product designers and manufacturers to ensure the final physical product matches the original creative vision.
  • Run “scrappy” tests on new content formats and paid ads to see what resonates visually with our community.
  • Analyze social data to understand which creative styles are winning and double down on those aesthetics.
  • Move from “doing” to “directing” over time, building out a creative team as the marketing engine grows.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficient in video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
  • Strong graphic design skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Experienced in social media management and content creation
  • Ability to use AI tools and automation to streamline processes
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends and best practices
  • Able to translate Owner’s ideas into compelling content
  • Creative problem-solving skills to optimize content performance
  • Strategic thinking to help build Owner’s brand and presence

Type of Person You Are:

  • High energy, “high bandwidth” personality
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a more strategic, leadership-oriented role
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with Owner as a “founder’s left hand”
  • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and execute on tasks
