We’re hiring a Creative Marketing Associate to work directly with our Director of Growth to help execute across design, content, and day-to-day marketing deliverables.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who wants to build, ship, and improve fast.
You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into live assets—whether that’s landing pages, ad creatives, short-form videos, or daily content across platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and ship design assets (landing pages, ads, social content)
- Build and iterate on creatives using tools like Figma and Canva
- Edit short-form video content (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Support daily content output across platforms
- Monitor and engage on channels like Reddit and other communities
- Assist in launching campaigns and testing new ideas quickly
- Work directly with the Director of Growth to execute weekly deliverables
What We’re Looking For
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Experience with AI platforms (Anthropic, Midjourney, Claude, Gemini, etc)
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar tools
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Comfortable moving fast and handling multiple tasks
- Highly reliable — you get things done without needing constant direction
- Interest in content, startups, and growth
- Looking to grow into a larger creative or growth role over time

We also have a Saas platform for financial professionals (FastWillOS) that allows them to send plans to prospects, earn commissions, and gain insights on current clients.

Salary: 36K -48K (depending on experience)
