You’ll lead campaign visuals across digital, social, content, film, product design, and emerging platforms—delivering high-impact work rooted in bold ideas and seamless aesthetics, while guiding and inspiring a talented creative team.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategy and briefs into powerful visual concepts.
- Co-develop bold, cross-platform campaign ideas with content planners and copywriters.
- Design and oversee execution of creative assets aligned with brand identity and business goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the design and development team for smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
- Guide internal teams and external vendors through production, motion, and post-production processes.
- Direct and manage visual storytelling across platforms—from TikTok Reels, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Reels to blockchain dashboards.
- Develop branding materials and provide strategic brand consulting, including brand-guideline creation and maintenance.
- Lead ideation sessions and pitch presentations for new business opportunities.
- Present ideas, moodboards, storyboards, and final designs to clients with confidence.
- Review and approve all deliverables, ensuring quality and alignment with brand and client expectations.
- Produce marketing materials, lead key visual development, and manage client-facing creative content.
- Mentor junior team members—providing direction, feedback, and ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in art direction or senior design roles within a creative agency or similar environment.
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and juggle multiple projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, branding systems, and multi-platform storytelling.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); plus After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, and layout/prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
- Breadth of style and design capability—comfortable across multiple visual genres.
- Ability to create and edit videos is a must.
- Bonus: experience with AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, KREA, Kling AI, etc.).
- Comfortable directing shoots, collaborating with production teams, and delivering digital and print assets.
- Deep understanding of visual culture and emerging creative tech.
- Interest in Web3, blockchain, AI, and interactive experience design is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch and defend creative ideas.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
