We are looking for a Creative Lead who can originate strong spatial concepts and contribute meaningfully to the long-term creative direction of the studio.
This is a key role within the studio, responsible for turning ideas into compelling spatial concepts and elevating the creative quality of everything we design.
Who you are
Your background could be architecture, art direction, media art, spatial design, motion design or something we haven't imagined yet.
But more importantly, you have:
- A strong artistic sensibility
- The ability to imagine visual worlds and spatial narratives
- Sensitivity to architecture, light, rhythm, and atmosphere
- The gift of creating original concepts, not just references.
- Curiosity, ambition, and creative courage
You think in emotions, not formats.
You are not interested in just executing briefs. You want to help define them.
What you will do
You'll play a central role in defining the creative direction of our spatial experiences.
Your work will include:
- Imagine and develop creative concepts for immersive spatial experiences
- Create moodboards, visual directions, and narrative frameworks
- Work closely with our Media Architecture team to align content and space
- Collaborating closely with architects, strategists, technologists and designers throughout the creative process.
- Participate in creative exploration, pitches, and early-stage thinking
- Contributing to the evolution of Instronic's creative identity and design culture.
