Why This Role Exists
As our creative teams continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Creative Team Lead to guide graphic designers, video editors, and creative specialists while ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality. In this role, you'll provide leadership, maintain brand consistency, and create the structure that keeps creative work moving efficiently across multiple client accounts.
Your Impact
- Lead, mentor, and support a remote team of graphic designers, video editors, and creative specialists
- Maintain exceptional creative quality through thoughtful reviews and timely feedback
- Ensure creative work consistently aligns with brand guidelines, client expectations, and campaign goals
- Help creatives grow through practical coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback
- Create structure and clarity across fast-moving creative projects and priorities
- Foster a collaborative, positive team culture focused on continuous improvement
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
- Review designs, videos, and marketing assets for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Translate client requests into clear creative direction and actionable priorities
- Balance workloads, deadlines, revisions, and project timelines across multiple client accounts
- Support team members by removing blockers, answering questions, and providing day-to-day guidance
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and processes
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior creative, art direction, or creative leadership role
- Hands-on experience leading or mentoring graphic designers, video editors, or creative professionals
- Strong understanding of branding, visual design principles, and creative workflows
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Experience supporting e-commerce or digital marketing brands is a plus
Work Setup Requirements
Internet
- Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps (wired/LAN connection required)
- Backup internet connection with at least 25 Mbps
Equipment
- Laptop or desktop computer with at least an Intel i5 (10th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 processor
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- PC only (tablets and smartphones are not supported)
