Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Lead (Copy) / Copy Supervisor with strong conceptual thinking and writing craft, along with the ability to guide and mentor junior teams. This role is ideal for someone from a digital-first or integrated advertising agency background, with experience working on multiple brands and campaign-led work.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Campaign Development
- Develop campaign ideas, brand narratives, and content concepts across digital and integrated platforms
- Write compelling copy for social media, films, branded content, and campaigns
- Contribute to end-to-end campaign execution from brief to delivery
- Ensure ideas are platform-first, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand objectives
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work closely with art, design, strategy, and account teams
- Guide and mentor junior copywriters, ensuring quality and consistency in output
- Provide constructive feedback to elevate creative thinking and craft
Brand & Client Ownership
- Manage copy output across multiple brands and campaigns
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across touchpoints
- Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
Requirements
✅ 4–7 years of experience in copywriting within digital/integrated advertising agencies
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing campaign-led and digital-first work
✅ Experience working on multiple brands across categories
✅ Strong understanding of social, content, and integrated campaign formats
✅ Excellent writing, storytelling, and conceptual skills
✅ Good presentation and client interaction skills
Preferred
➕ Experience working on FMCG, Beauty, Food & Beverage, or Consumer brands
➕ Exposure to integrated campaigns and brand platforms
➕ Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
