🚨 We’re Hiring: Freelance Creative Lead (1-Month Contract)
MCH Global is looking for a Freelance Creative Lead to join our team for a 1-month contract. If you come from an event or experiential agency background and thrive in a fast-paced, pitch-driven environment — we’d love to hear from you.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
• Lead day-to-day creative output and ensure high-quality execution across projects
• Drive the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual and narrative projects across multiple channels and workstreams
• Work on multiple pitches, developing bold, innovative, and execution-ready concepts
• Create and refine client presentations, decks, and final concepts
• Collaborate closely with strategy, account management, and production teams
• Run ideation sessions and push creative boundaries with experiential-first thinking
• Oversee multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 9–12 years of experience in a creative role within events/experiential agencies
• Strong portfolio showcasing pitch work and experiential campaigns
• Ability to translate briefs into compelling visual and conceptual ideas
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
