Are you a creative leader who still loves being hands-on?
I'm partnering with an exciting global business operating at the intersection of art, culture and technology. They're looking for a Creative Lead to shape the creative output of a globally recognised brand while leading a talented in-house creative team.
This isn't a role where you'll sit back and simply review work. You'll be just as comfortable developing creative concepts, art directing shoots, reviewing campaigns, mentoring creatives and occasionally rolling up your sleeves to get projects over the line.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary creative team.

Owning the creative vision across campaigns, content, design, photography and video.

Driving exceptional storytelling across digital and social channels.

Art directing campaigns and ensuring every piece of creative meets an exceptionally high standard.

Working closely with marketing, content and creative operations teams to deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Developing creative processes that allow the team to produce world-class work at scale.

Remaining hands-on with creative execution when required.
What we're looking for:

Experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, Creative Lead or Head of Creative.

A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative thinking and execution.

Previous experience managing and developing creative teams.

Strong art direction skills across digital, social and content.

Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

Experience working in a fast-paced creative agency, high-growth brand or cultural business.

Boutique or independent agency experience is highly desirable.
