Start Date: June 2026
Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 + Variable Compensation
About the Role: Creative is a primary driver of performance in our business. This role exists to ensure we consistently produce content that captures attention, communicates value, and converts across Meta, TV, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.
This role will focus on creating, testing, and iterating content across digital and traditional platforms to drive paid media growth. Working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll develop and execute creative that aligns with campaign objectives, responds to performance data, and supports ongoing growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Creative Production & Channel Execution
- Operate as a self-directed lead, owning creative ideation and proactively identifying what content should be produced based on performance, trends, and business needs.
- Shoot and edit video, design still ads, and create website creative to support paid media campaigns and drive business objectives and growth targets with clear, conversion-focused copy.
- Source and manage external partners (e.g. animators, creators) as needed to support campaigns.
- Develop UGC, influencer, and partnership content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Television based on platform best practices for paid and organic campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools to increase creative output, speed, and iteration.
Creative Operations
- Prepare and deliver organized creative assets for seasonal moments, testing, and ongoing optimization.
- Maintain creative libraries and ensure assets are ready for deployment.
Performance & Iteration
- Use performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, engagement) and funnel creative strategies to inform decisions and align with campaign goals and the customer journey.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience producing video, still image, and marketing creative for ecommerce or DTC brands.
- Strong production and editing skills for advertising content with a solid understanding of visual design, layout, and hierarchy.
- Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Television advertising, including UGC, influencers, or partnership content.
- Experience using AI tools to support creative production workflows and an understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creative impacts results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
