Role Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing agency team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual and conceptual skills and be able to design across various formats — from social media posts and brand identity to digital assets for web. This role requires someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and can work across multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually engaging social media content (posts, carousels, stories, and ads) for multiple brands
- Create brand identity designs including logos, style guides, and brand elements
- Develop digital assets for websites, landing pages, banners, and emailers
- Support in designing marketing collaterals such as brochures, packaging, and posters
- Collaborate with content strategists, social media managers, and video teams to ensure cohesive brand communication
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and adhere to brand guidelines
- Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and social media visual standards
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of design experience, preferably in a creative or digital agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; XD/Figma is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and digital design work
- Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and responsive design principles
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to varying client needs
- Attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively
