Key Responsibilities:
• Execute high-quality design solutions for various marketing channels
• Collaborate on design projects and campaigns with internal teams
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility requirements
• Apply strong creative judgment and attention to detail
• Identify areas for design improvement and efficiency
Requirements:
• 6-8 years of progressive graphic design experience
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and digital tools
• Experience with email marketing and design for digital platforms
• Advanced skills in creating fillable AODA-compliant PDFs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively
