Job Title: Creative Filmmaker & Content Producer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Filmmaker & Content Producer who can independently create, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media.
This role requires someone who is hands-on with editing tools, understands how reels perform, and can transform ideas into engaging, premium, and high-retention content.
You will be responsible for complete ownership of video content—from idea to final published reel.
What You Will Actually Do (Content Creation Flow)
You will be expected to follow and own this process:
1. Content Ideation
* Generate reel ideas aligned with brand, campaigns, and trends
* Identify hooks, formats, and storytelling angles
* Build references and mood direction
2. Pre-Production Planning
* Create shot lists, transitions, and scene flow
* Decide camera angles, lighting, and visual style
* Plan styling, props, and shoot requirements
3. Production (Shoot Execution)
* Shoot content using camera/phone setups
* Direct models, team members, or clients
* Capture multiple angles and variations for editing flexibility
4. Post-Production (Critical Focus Area)
* Edit videos end-to-end with strong control on:
* Cuts and pacing
* Transitions
* Text overlays
* Sound design & music sync
* Color grading
* Create hook-first edits that retain attention in first 2–3 seconds
* Format videos for Instagram (aspect ratio, length, compression)
* Deliver polished, platform-ready content
Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end reel creation
* Deliver high-quality edited content consistently
* Ensure content is engaging, non-generic, and visually refined
* Adapt trends into brand-relevant formats
* Maintain content calendar and output timelines
* Continuously improve content performance through iteration
Core Skill Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
Advanced Video Editing Skills (Must-Have)
* Strong expertise in:
* Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (mandatory)
* After Effects / DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
* Ability to create:
* Fast-paced, engaging reel edits
* Clean, premium transitions (not overdone)
* Strong hook-based storytelling
* Excellent sense of:
* Timing & pacing
* Music sync
* Visual continuity
* Attention retention
Other Skills Required
* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & short-form content
* Good eye for framing, lighting, and aesthetics
* Ability to shoot and edit independently
* Understanding of premium/luxury visual language
* Ability to execute fast without compromising quality
