Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organized Creative & Events Coordinator to join our team and help bring the Lineage brand to life. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate who is excited to gain hands-on experience in marketing, events, social media, and brand execution within a fast-growing company. As the Creative & Events Coordinator, you’ll work closely with studio leadership to plan exciting events, create engaging content, support marketing campaigns, and help
execute the day-to-day creative vision of the studio. No two days will look the same. One
day you may be helping organize a photoshoot or building social content, and the next
you may be planning an event or launching a new campaign. Responsibilities
Creative Coordination & Brand Execution (Approx. 30%)
- Assist in bringing the Lineage Dance Co. brand vision to life across all studio touchpoints
- Execute in-studio creative displays including seasonal décor, installations, and branded activations
- Assist with maintaining retail and merchandise displays
- Support creative preparation for performances, photoshoots, and special initiatives
- Coordinate design needs and communication with internal/external graphic designers, photographers, videographers, or vendors
- Source and organize supplies for birthday parties, camps, theme weeks, and events
- Ensure all experiences feel polished, elevated, and aligned with the Lineage brand
Event Planning, Logistics & Experience Coordination (Approx. 30%)
- Support planning and execution of studio events including Picture Week, Studio Show, dress rehearsals, recitals, open houses, camps, birthday parties, and community activations
- Coordinate event logistics including timelines, materials, setup flow, and check-in systems
- Track RSVPs and support communication leading up to event
- Research vendors, source supplies, and assist with vendor coordination
- Track event-related expenses and maintain organized records
- Support on-site event execution, breakdown, and post-event organization
Marketing & Content Creation (Approx. 15%)
- Assist with planning and preparing weekly social media content across platforms
- Capture, edit, and organize photo and video content during classes, rehearsals, performances, and events
- Create reels and short-form video aligned with brand standards
- Draft captions and assist with scheduling and organizing content calendars
- Assist with studio marketing campaigns, promotions, and enrollment pushes
- Help maintain consistent tone, clarity, and brand alignment across all communication touchpoints
Costumes, Merchandising & Special Projects (Approx. 15%)
- Support costume sourcing, ordering, distributing, and delivery
- Assist with costume embellishment and prop ordering/organization
- Help maintain inventory and organization of costumes, props, and event materials
- Assist with merchandising displays and retail initiatives
- Support special projects and seasonal initiatives as assigned
Administrative & Operational Support (Approx. 10%)
- Assist with printing materials, labels, name tags, signage, and event packets
- Prepare supplies for meetings, classes, and studio initiatives
- Pull basic reports and assist with tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Help maintain organizational systems for inventory, supplies, and event materials
- Provide general administrative and project-based support to studio leadership as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, events, customer experience, or administrative coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Creative eye for branding, aesthetics, and visual presentation
- Comfortable capturing and editing photo/video content for reels, stories, and promotional use
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for organization and follow-through
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working nights and weekends occasionally for events, performances, and peak studio seasons
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excitement to grow within a fast-paced and evolving company
Preferred Experience
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and social media scheduling platforms preferred
- Basic design and experience with creating social media content including reels
- Event planning, hospitality, retail merchandising, or dance/youth program experience is a plus
- Interest in dance, performing arts, or youth programming environments
