Responsibilities
- Develop and propose creative event concepts based on client objectives and event requirements.
- Create and refine creative ideas, including event themes, tone & manner, taglines, scripts, cue cards, event gimmicks, event flow, and talent recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Graphic Design, Animation, Music, Decoration, and Event Team) to ensure creative concepts are effectively executed.
- Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, talents, and event manpower regarding creative requirements.
- Ensure all creative requirements are properly documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee event preparation and execution to ensure creative concepts are delivered according to plan.
- Maintain the quality and consistency of creative execution throughout the event.
- Manage and ensure the completeness of operational documents, including scripts, cue cards, rundowns, animation cue sheets, presentation decks, timelines, and project management tools.
- Ensure all post-event deliverables are completed, including reports and documentation required by clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Communication, Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Creative Event, Event Concepting, Event Organizer, or a related role.
- Strong ability in creative concept development, storytelling, and event experience design.
- Good understanding of script writing, event rundowns, cue cards, and event flow management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
