Currently, Black Owl has 4 outlets at PIK, Kelapa Gading, Gading Serpong, Surabaya, Medan, and will open at SCBD.
Qualifications:

- Ability to plan and execute with many moving parts
- Exeptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience creating and adhering to a budget
- Minimun 5 years of relevant working experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee event strategy, ensuring alignment with business and marketing goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events, and quality across all events.
- Optimize event budgets, and generate revenue through strategic event activations.
- Integrate events into our broader marketing strategy, collaborating with others marketing teams to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
- Partner with sales and event teams to leverage events as key platforms for engaging with customers and achieving business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the event teams, providing guidance, support, and training. Ensure alignment with event strategy and equip the team with the skills and resources to succeed
- Track event performance, optimize processes, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
