We’re hiring an Events Creative Director at ITA Group!
This is a high-impact role for a creative leader who doesn’t just generate ideas but owns the vision from concept through execution. Our Events Creative Director leads the full creative journey for complex, multi-channel event experiences—translating client goals into immersive, memorable moments that resonate before, during and after the event.
What you’ll do:
- Own and drive the creative vision across assigned programs, ensuring alignment to client objectives, brand positioning and audience insights
- Lead and inspire a team of creatives while overseeing concept, design, copy and production
- Partner closely with strategy, sales and event teams to build insight-driven, innovative communications solutions
- Shape the end-to-end participant experience, with strong attention to journey mapping and in-event engagement
- Present and articulate creative strategy to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Manage multiple global programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Oversee freelancers and vendors (design, copy, print, production) to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in experiential, digital and live event design, bringing fresh thinking to every program
What we’re looking for:
- Residence required in West Des Moines, IA or Atlanta, GA, where ITA Group is headquartered
- 7+ years of experience across live events, digital and experiential marketing
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and elevate output quality
- Strong background in concepting, storytelling and integrated campaign development
- Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and managing complex projects
- Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Comfortable balancing creativity with budgets, timelines and business goals
- Willingness to travel (25–35%) and be onsite to bring experiences to life
