We are seeking a visionary, innovative, and highly creative Creative Director to lead our creative strategy and brand development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for storytelling and design, and the ability to drive impactful creative campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will play a key role in shaping brand identity, leading creative teams, overseeing content and campaign execution, and delivering compelling visual and marketing experiences that align with business objectives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall creative vision, branding, and design strategy for the company

• Oversee creative projects from concept development to final execution across digital, print, social media, and marketing platforms

• Lead and mentor creative teams including designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, and marketing personnel

• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity, messaging, and quality standards

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop impactful campaigns and promotional strategies

• Generate innovative ideas and creative concepts to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement

• Review and approve designs, visuals, videos, presentations, and marketing materials

• Manage creative timelines, workflows, and project priorities effectively

• Stay updated on design trends, creative technologies, and industry developments

• Conduct creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives

• Oversee external agencies, vendors, and production partners when required

• Ensure consistency and excellence across all branding and communication materials

• Analyze campaign performance and audience engagement to improve creative effectiveness

• Support company growth through innovative storytelling and brand positioning strategies

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Media, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field

• 5–8 years of experience in creative design, branding, advertising, or related roles, with leadership experience preferred

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction, branding, and campaign execution

• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills

• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing trends

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, design tools, and creative software

• Ability to manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and project management capabilities

• Experience working with social media campaigns, video production, and content strategy is an advantage

• Attention to detail with a strong eye for aesthetics and design quality

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
