Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Director at Carniceria Prime Meat Market, based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Creative Director will oversee creative direction and branding, develop innovative creative strategies, and lead campaigns that align with the company's vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and design teams, providing art direction, and ensuring the cohesive visual and creative representation of the brand across multiple platforms.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to develop and execute innovative ideas that align with brand goals.
- Proficiency in Branding and Art Direction, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all creative outputs.
- Strong skills in Graphic Design with attention to detail and a high level of creativity.
- Leadership and team management experience, with a collaborative approach to working with multi-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
- Experience in retail or food-related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
