We're hiring a Creative Director to lead campaigns, own shoots, and help Echo grow.
If you're the kind of person who can walk into a brief, build a concept from scratch, show up on set and direct the room, then present that work to a client with full conviction — this is your role.
What you'll own:
🎯 Campaigns — Develop original ideas for multiple clients across industries. From concept decks to content pillars, you'll lead the creative from start to finish.
🎬 Shoots — Build shot lists, attend productions, direct on-set. You're not watching from the side — you're calling the shots.
🤝 Clients — Handle relationships across a growing roster. Present ideas confidently, protect the work, and keep clients coming back.
📢 Echo's brand — Help promote what we do. You're not just building client brands — you're part of how Echo shows up in the market.
You're a fit if you:
— Have 3+ years in a creative agency or production environment
— Have a portfolio showing real campaigns, not just pretty visuals
— Know how to direct talent and crew on a live set
— Can juggle multiple briefs without losing quality
— Are based in Dubai or ready to be
