We’re working with a growing in-house creative agency supporting a range of major consumer brands, and they’re looking for a Czech-speaking Creative Director/Creative Lead to join them ASAP.

The Opportunity

This is a senior freelance role for a Creative Lead who can step in quickly, take ownership of creative output, and guide multiple projects across both local and global markets.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and elevating the work, while ensuring projects move at pace and hit a high standard.

About the Role

You’ll join a fast-growing in-house creative function partnering with marketing teams across multiple European markets.

The work spans social, digital and integrated campaigns, with a strong focus on creative development and fast-turnaround execution.

This role sits at the heart of the creative process — leading ideas, guiding teams, and ensuring high-quality output across all touchpoints.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the creative direction across multiple projects and markets
  • Partnering with marketing and internal teams to shape strong, effective work
  • Overseeing end-to-end creative development from concept through to delivery
  • Providing clear creative guidance and feedback to designers, copywriters and wider teams
  • Ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs
  • Working across fast-paced briefs with quick turnaround times
  • Helping prioritise workloads and keep projects moving efficiently
  • Identifying creative or delivery challenges and resolving them proactively
  • Continuously improving creative standards and ways of working

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience at Creative Lead / Associate Creative Director level
  • Fluent Czech and English (essential)
  • Strong portfolio spanning social, digital and integrated campaigns
  • Experience working across multiple markets or international brands
  • Comfortable working at pace with shifting priorities
  • Confident leading and directing creative teams
  • Strong conceptual thinking alongside hands-on execution
  • FMCG experience is a bonus, not essential
  • Collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused
