Creative Director
At Abeba Communications, we don’t just design—we grow brands. We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our projects and document the "science of the bloom" through high-end cinematic content.
Key Responsibilities
- Cinematic Storytelling: Direct end-to-end production of case study videos that document the evolution of our branding projects.
- Visual Synthesis: Turn technical data and complex business strategies into beautiful, motion-graphic narratives.
- Production Leadership: Lead filming, editing, and motion design teams to maintain our signature aesthetic.
- Strategic Documentation: Develop a consistent visual language to "prove" our branding philosophy across diverse industries.
- Concept & Strategy: Lead the ideation of "Big Ideas" and ensure innovative campaigns reach full bloom across all platforms.
Requirements
- Director’s Eye: Extensive experience in film direction, motion design, and high-end advertising production.
- Technical Oversight: Ability to supervise the production process across Digital, Print, and TV to ensure technical precision and brand alignment.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills; a mentor who can maximize team talent.
- Hybrid Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or Marketing with a deep understanding of social media and emerging platforms.
- Strategic Portfolio: A proven track record of turning complex project data into compelling cinematic stories.
