Overview:
We’re hiring a Creative Director to lead the creative vision and brand execution across our two fashion brands: Astoria Activewear and Haute Swimwear. This role is responsible for shaping the visual identity, storytelling, and overall creative direction across all customer touchpoints. including [brand design, campaigns, social media content, photography, video production, packaging, etc]
You will manage and collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, social media teams, and external creative partners to ensure every asset aligns with brand standards and delivers a cohesive, high-impact customer experience. You will also work closely with the marketing team and leadership to translate our business goals into strong campaigns.
This role combines high-level brand strategy with hands-on creative leadership.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a Creative Director, Senior Designer, or Lead Creative role within women’s fashion (women's fashion required)
- Experience working with Shopify-based eCommerce brands
- Extensive team management skills
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify Analytics
- Expert in team management skills and able to delegate work effectively
- Based in Miami and available to work in-house (close to the Aventura area preferred)
Beneficial:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and collaborative design workflows
