We are looking for a visionary leader who will build our entire creative language, maintain a premium "London-level" aesthetic, and elevate our overall visual standards. You will bridge the gap between Istanbul's production agility and London's premium expectations.
What You Will Do
- Generate big, impactful ideas and develop campaign concepts for brands.
- Define the design and visual language from the ground up.
- Act as the ultimate quality controller for all outputs: presentations, campaigns, social grids, landing pages, videos, CGI, and AI visuals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, motion artists, content creators, and freelancers.
- Actively integrate AI visual production tools into our creative workflows.
- Oversee the art direction for landing pages, pitch decks, ad creatives, and video moodboards.
- Push Ordino’s visual quality to the next level.

- You possess an incredibly strong visual taste.
- You are an Art Director at heart—you have evolved past being "just a designer."
- You can seamlessly transition between building premium brand aesthetics and crafting performance-driven creatives.
- You deeply understand the unique visual languages of social media, digital ads, pitch decks, and video.
- You know exactly what a "premium brand aesthetic" looks and feels like.
- You can produce high-quality work quickly without losing focus or organization.
- You are not afraid of AI; you embrace AI image generation tools as part of your arsenal.
The Ideal Background
- Experience in a creative agency or a premium social/content agency.
- A Creative Director who climbed the ranks from an Art Director position.
- A portfolio showcasing work in fashion, luxury, hospitality, automotive, or premium lifestyle sectors.
- A deep understanding and appreciation of the "London aesthetic" is highly valuable.
