Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Director based in Medellín, Colombia, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Creative Director will lead the creative team in developing and implementing creative strategies, managing branding efforts, and overseeing art direction for various campaigns. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing innovative ideas, providing artistic guidance, and ensuring cohesive visual and brand identity for all projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and innovative ideation
- Experience in Branding and developing cohesive brand identities
- Skilled in Art Direction and Graphic Design
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in leading cross-disciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the design, advertising, or marketing industry is a strong plus
