Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Creative – Digital role based in Oro-Medonte, ON, with the flexibility of working partially from home. The Creative – Digital team member will develop and execute digital strategies, oversee digital marketing initiatives, manage and complete creative projects, and analyze performance metrics. The position involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing
- Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data and drive decision-making
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate teamwork and client interactions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a business or creative environment
- Ability to work independently and flexibly in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience with relevant digital tools and platforms is an asset
