Job Context
Infinitas Engineering is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative & Digital Communications Executive to elevate our digital presence and corporate branding. As we continue to lead and expand our efforts in structural rehabilitation, retrofitting, and innovative engineering solutions, we need a visionary professional to showcase our high-impact projects to the world. The ideal candidate will blend technical web management skills with a unique creative flair to design compelling portfolios, engaging social media content, and a seamless website experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Creative Portfolio & Print Material: Conceptualize, design, and merge dynamic company portfolios, professional brochures, and corporate presentations with a highly creative mindset, translating complex engineering projects into visually captivating stories.
- Social Media Management: Plan, design, and publish regular, high-quality posts on the company's LinkedIn and Facebook pages, highlighting ongoing site projects, milestones, and technical achievements.
- Website Maintenance: Manage, update, and maintain the company's WordPress website, ensuring optimal performance, fresh content, and an excellent user experience.
- Event & Occasion Greetings: Design and distribute creative digital greetings for national holidays, festivals, and corporate milestones.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related discipline from a reputed university.
- Note: Exceptional portfolios and proven practical experience will be highly valued over formal degrees.
- Skills Required: Adobe After Effects, WordPress, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Content Marketing, Digital content, Video content creating, Adobe Illustrator

- 2 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Engineering Firms
Additional Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of proven experience in Graphic Design, Web Maintenance, and Digital Marketing.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress CMS, theme customization, and website troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and tools.
- Must possess a unique creative vision and the ability to think outside the box when designing corporate materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
- A strong, accessible portfolio showcasing previous work in brochure design, social media graphics, and web management is mandatory for the interview process.
