Role Overview
Responsible for creating high-impact visual and video content across all platforms, focused on attention, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Create short-form videos (Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts) from concept to final output
Design static creatives for ads, social media, and marketing materials
Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
Develop content aligned with brand positioning and campaigns
Produce content for projects, properties, and on-site shoots
Adapt content for different platforms and formats
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, launches, and promotions
Execute content consistently and at high volume
Use AI tools to enhance speed and output quality
Post on social media accounts
Candidate Profile
Execution-focused, fast output
Strong sense of visual taste and modern design
Good understanding of attention, hooks, and viral formats
Skilled in video editing and graphic design tools
Able to shoot content (mobile/camera) when required
Detail-oriented with clean finishing
Takes ownership of content pipeline
Open to feedback and iteration
Follows trends but does not copy blindly
