About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to support the visual development of our email campaigns and broader brand initiatives. This role is focused on designing high-performing, on-brand creative assets for our email marketing efforts, as well as for retail stores, direct mail, events, and other key touch points.
You'll work closely with our head of brand design, playing a key role in bringing our brand to life through polished, performance-driven visuals, and fully developed email campaigns. Photography and editing skills are a plus and can be leveraged across digital and print content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design email campaigns from concept to final deliverable – layout, hierarchy, imagery, and copy writing
- Build and maintain email templates and components in Figma
- Edit and retouch photography for use in email and digital content
- Collaborate with the team to align creative with campaign strategy and goals
- Create variants to support A/B testing and iterate based on performance
- Extend brand creative to retail stores, events, and company-wide initiatives
- Ensure visual consistency across all customer-facing content
- Maintain and organize creative asset libraries
- Contribute photography for campaigns, products, or branded content (bonus skill)
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience designing marketing emails – a portfolio with real email campaign work is highly recommended
- Proficiency in Figma, including components and shared libraries
- Strong photo editing and retouching skills (Photoshop or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Team player who thrives in a startup setting
- Bachelor's degree required
- Photography experience is a plus
- Klaviyo experience is a plus
Location & Schedule
- Based in Ann Arbor, MI
- Primarily in-person at our headquarters
- Some flexibility for remote work
- Occasional off-hours or weekend work as needed
