We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just use AI but knows how to guide it, shape it, and push it to deliver high-quality creative output.
If you’re curious about blending design + AI + systems thinking, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Craft structured, high-quality prompts for text, image, and video generation
• Generate AI-driven creative outputs aligned with brand and strategy
• Continuously iterate and refine prompts for better accuracy and consistency
• Assist in building and optimizing AI workflows and content pipelines
• Document prompt logic, frameworks, and use-cases for internal scalability
Requirements
• Strong logical thinking and structured writing skills
• Excellent written English
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Familiarity with AI tools (non-negotiable)
• Ability to break down briefs and communicate context clearly
• Fast learner with high adaptability
• Open to feedback and quick at implementing improvements
Bonus (Good to Have):
• Figma or Canva experience
