Responsibilities
- Develop Big Ideas, concepts, and social campaigns from brief to execution. Including scripts, films, and taglines.
- Communicate and sell the concept internally across creative, content, and design teams, ensuring everyone stays aligned throughout execution.
- Create platform-native content across formats, with strong copywriting at the core. Comfortable ideating for video (TikTok, Reels) as much as long-form copy.
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director and independently build and deliver client presentations.
- Read reports, source data, and translate audience and cultural insights into well-reasoned creative work.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years Creative Copywriter experience in Advertising agency.
- Digitally native; chronically online, trend-aware, and the kind of person who knows where a meme actually came from.
- Thinks in concepts, genuinely enjoys the process, and cares about the outcome as much as the idea.
- Resilient when ideas get killed, persistent in fighting for the right ones. And also self-aware enough to know when to adapt. Ego present, not dominant.
- Brings strategic thinking to creative argument; opinionated, but always with a reason.
- Has a life outside of work: hobbies, passions, a point of view on the world. Understands people, culture, and the emotional weight of current events. Sensitive to social and political nuance.
- Background in media or entertainment is a plus; a traditional marketing background is not required.
