ABOUT US

We are Seeker Agency, Australia’s leading events and activations agency.

We design work that’s creative, thoughtful and impactful. Underpinning everything we do is smart strategy and a focus on results. We understand brands and audiences, and we deliver event experiences that feel authentic and meaningful.

Just as importantly, we believe great work starts with great people, supported, trusted and set up to do their best.

Seeker Agency is part of SE Group, alongside Solution Entertainment and FutureLabs, combining strategic brand experience, world-class entertainment and specialist production capability within one integrated, future-ready group.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Creative Coordinator at Seeker Agency, you'll play a hands-on role in our Creative team contributing to concept decks, visualisations and design assets across our full portfolio of events and activations.

Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you’ll sit inside the Creative team and play a hands-on role bringing event concepts to life across the full Seeker Agency portfolio, from intimate activations through to large-scale public-facing events. You’ll support our Senior Creatives and Creatives on pitches and live projects: developing concept decks, producing mockups, graphics and visuals, and helping shape the spatial and visual world of an experience. You’ll think about layouts, audience flow, signage and the small details that make a physical space work.

As you grow into the role, you’ll take more ownership, running smaller projects end to end, preparing design packs for production handover, briefing suppliers and supporting on-site at events. It’s a role for someone with a sharp eye, a serious love of experiential design, brand and real curiosity. You’ll be properly backed and properly stretched.

A snapshot of the day-to-day

  • Support the Creative team on concept decks and pitch presentations for events and activations
  • Bring spatial concepts to life through mockups and visuals in Photoshop, CAD or Ai
  • Interpret design briefs and translate them into visuals that capture the look and feel of physical environments
  • Contribute to spatial design thinking; layouts, audience flow, signage and the touchpoints that bring a space to life
  • Build out concept decks and design layouts to Seeker Agency’s template or client brand guidelines
  • Run smaller-scale creative proposals from brief through to delivery, with senior support along the way
  • Prepare design packs and supporting documentation for production handover under senior guidance
  • Produce supporting event graphics and artwork for client sign-off or production
  • Liaise with Production and suppliers when developing creative elements
  • Support on-site at events when required; set-up, design checks and live problem-solving
  • Keep Monday.com, shared folders and design files organised and up to date
  • Manage priorities across multiple concurrent projects, hit deadlines and flag early if something’s at risk
  • Stay close to experiential design trends and references, and bring fresh thinking into the team

ABOUT YOU

You’ll bring:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in design or event-related industries, with a genuine interest in experiential and spatial design (graduates with strong portfolios welcome)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop for concept and visualisation work, with Illustrator and InDesign skills for supporting graphic elements
  • A natural ability to visualise ideas in three dimensions – you can take a concept and start to imagine how it lives in a physical space
  • The ability to create strong visual presentations and bring ideas to life through concept-driven design
  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to design and brand consistency
  • Skills in CAD or 3D visualisation tools (Gen Ai, SketchUp, Vectorworks or similar) are a real plus, but not essential
  • Solid copywriting fundamentals; you can write clear copy for presentations, concept documents and client-facing materials, with a good instinct for tone and messaging
  • An enthusiasm for live entertainment and performance as a tool for brand experience, and a keenness to collaborate with our partners at Solution Entertainment
  • A curiosity about interactive technology and its role in experiential design, with an openness to exploring new ideas with our partners at Future Labs
  • A genuine interest in events, brand experience and live design
  • A collaborative approach – you’ll work closely with Production and design suppliers and are excited to learn from them
  • First-class communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
  • The ability to manage priorities across multiple concurrent projects
  • A proactive approach; you work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
  • A willingness to travel and work outside business hours when required
