Our work consistently sets the industry benchmark for conversion-focused social creative, and our team is actively shaping the future of the field through thought leadership and groundbreaking approaches.
If you're someone who thrives on structure, moves fast, and can turn a script into a brief a creator or producer can run with without missing a beat, you'll fit right in here.
Role Summary
As a Creative Coordinator at Swan Studio, you'll sit at the intersection of creative and production. You'll take scripts, concepts, and creative direction from our strategists and turn them into clear, actionable briefs for content creators and production teams. This isn't a pure admin role. You'll need enough creative literacy to catch tone, pacing, and intent, and enough judgment to flag gaps before a brief goes out the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert scripts and creative concepts into structured, production-ready briefs for content creators and production teams
- Work closely with creative strategists and producers to ensure briefs accurately reflect creative intent
- Catch ambiguity, missing detail, or misalignment in a script before it reaches production, and flag or resolve it
- Manage brief timelines and turnaround across multiple projects simultaneously
- Maintain brief templates and documentation standards as the team scales
- Stay responsive and switched on. Speed and reliability matter as much as accuracy here
Requirements
- Prior experience in a production coordinator, traffic coordinator, content ops, or similar hybrid admin/creative role
- Strong writing and documentation skills, with the ability to structure information clearly under time pressure
- Enough creative or content literacy to read a script and understand what it's trying to achieve
- Comfortable working independently, fast, and across multiple stakeholders in a remote setting
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive salary aligned with experience and impact
- Continuous professional development with a dedicated budget for courses, tooling, and inspiration
- Flexibility to work remotely (we welcome applicants from anywhere)
- Opportunity to work at the center of a fast-scaling creative agency's production pipeline
How to Apply
