About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Content Manager who can lead both thinking and execution — someone who doesn’t just produce content, but shapes narratives that connect, engage, and drive impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and lead overall content strategy across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Website…)
  • Build content pillars aligned with brand positioning & campaign objectives
  • Plan monthly/quarterly content calendars with clear KPIs

2. Creative Ideation

  • Lead idea generation for campaigns, always-on content, and social series
  • Translate insights into strong storytelling angles
  • Ensure every content piece has a clear purpose (engagement, conversion, branding…)

3. Content Production & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end content production (script, visual direction, copywriting)
  • Work closely with Designers, Video Editors, and Production team
  • Ensure quality control across all outputs (tone, visual consistency, messaging)

4. Performance & Optimization

  • Track and analyze content performance (reach, engagement, conversion)
  • Optimize content based on data and platform trends
  • Continuously test new formats and ideas

5. Team Management

  • Manage and mentor Content team (Content Creator, Copywriter…)
  • Set clear direction, feedback, and creative standards
  • Collaborate with Account/Strategy team for integrated campaigns

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5+ years in Content/Creative roles (agency or brand)
  • Strong storytelling mindset & creative thinking
  • Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts…)
  • Experience leading content team or projects
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics
  • Good communication & presentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in campaign ideation / big idea development
  • Understanding of Influencer/KOL/KOC content
  • Background in branding or digital marketing strategy
