The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Content Manager to lead the visual storytelling of The Oodie.

This is a senior creative role for someone who lives and breathes content, knows exactly what makes people stop scrolling, and gets excited about turning products into campaigns customers become mildly obsessed with.

You’ll own how our brand looks, feels and comes to life across eCommerce, paid ads, campaigns, launches, social content and beyond. One day you might be concepting a huge licensed launch, the next you’re reviewing ad creative performance with the Performance team or directing talent wrapped in Oodies on set.

Reporting into our Head of Creative, you will work closely with the Performance and Product teams to create content that is not only beautifully branded, but commercially smart too.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Bringing The Oodie Brand To Life

• Help shape and evolve our creative direction across all channels

• Develop concepts and creative ideas for product and licensed launches

• Ensure everything feels unmistakably “Oodie

• Build creative that connects emotionally with customers while still making them want to click “add to cart”

Leading Shoots End to End

• Own still and motion shoots from concept to final delivery

• Create mood boards, shot lists, styling direction and creative briefs

• Lead on set art direction and creative decision making

• Work with photographers, models, stylists, producers and editors to bring campaigns to life

• Make sure every asset feels premium, engaging and conversion focused

• Sweat the details, because the little things matter

Driving Content & Campaign Execution

• Plan and manage content around launches, campaigns and key trade moments

• Oversee campaign imagery, ad creative and branded content production

• Partner with Designers, Copywriters and Marketing teams to execute campaigns

• Manage freelancers and external creatives to a high standard

• Keep fresh creative flowing constantly across paid and organic channels so the brand never feels stale

Using Creative Performance Insights

• Work closely with Performance Marketing to understand what content is winning

• Use insights and data to improve creative outcomes

• Champion a test and learn mindset

• Balance creative instinct with commercial results

• Understand that great creative should look good and perform good

Leading People & Collaboration

• Mentor and support creative team members

• Build strong relationships cross functionally

• Present ideas and concepts confidently to stakeholders

• Contribute positively to team culture and creative energy

• Be someone people genuinely enjoy collaborating with

You might be the right fit if you:

• Have several years experience in creative content, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or eCommerce

• Have an exceptional portfolio across photography and campaign creative

• Know how to create content that performs, not just content that wins design awards

• Can confidently run shoots from briefing through to delivery

• Understand paid creative, hooks, testing and customer behaviour

• Have strong creative taste and attention to detail

• Are collaborative, adaptable and solutions focused

• Thrive in fast paced environments where priorities can move quickly

• Love being hands on and making things happen

• Can take an idea from “this could be cool” to fully executed campaign

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience across video direction or graphic design

• Understand eCommerce customer journeys deeply

• Have worked in high growth brands before

• Have a camera roll full of screenshots labelled “cool ad idea”

In your first few months, you’ll:

• Audit and elevate our current creative direction

• Lead shoots and campaigns end to end

• Establish strong creative processes and workflows

• Build closer collaboration across Product, Performance and Creative teams

Within 6 months, we’d expect:

• A stronger and more consistent visual identity across channels

• Fresh creative rolling consistently for launches and campaigns

• A structured testing approach to creative performance

• Improved engagement and creative performance metrics across paid and organic channels

• A creative team that feels inspired, aligned and excited by the work
