Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with some flexibility for remote work. As the Creative & Content Lead (Social Media), you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content across our platforms, especially for social media. This includes creating designs, editing videos, content planning, copywriting, uploading posts, capturing on-site footage, and analyzing basic social media performance.
You will also work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand direction and campaign priorities. The role requires regular on-site presence to capture authentic classroom and school activities. This role reports to the Marketing Lead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing.
- Comfortable regularly taking photos and videos using a smartphone.
- Proficiency in writing and storytelling to elevate social media campaigns and drive audience engagement.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines effectively
- Comfortable in both Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Experience in social media content creation, content planning & campaign management is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working with early childhood education or family-focused brands is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking is a plus
